Ah, thank you, I'll try that! Was too focused on my first pain point :)))
UPD: tried that - somehow nope :(( I move the playhead but the video does not show the relevant frame. I just inserted it as a video, did not mess up with any settings.
UPD2 -- Found a thread -- actually it is not enough to move the playhead, one should use the play button on the timeline!
