Incorrect Font Displaying in Review
Hi all, I am troubleshooting a course built in Storyline. The font 'Raleway' has been used. All instances of the font have been in text boxes or text in tables. When reviewed, on one slide the fonts in all text boxes have changed while on another, they have changed in 2 text boxes but appear correctly as Raleway in text in a table. The issue has occurred in what seems to be only 4 of 64 slides. To add to the fun, the letter 'f' doesn't display at all but shows as a box as though a font hasn't been installed.
I have looked at a number of articles, the only one which matches this issue exactly did not have a resolution in the comments (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/discuss/review-360-incorrect-font/812079)
To be clear, these are not exported images or svgs or anything it is fonts in a text box input directly into storyline, not created first elsewhere.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi AlannaOConnell-,
Sorry to hear about the trouble with the fonts when published to Review 360! I appreciate the detailed description you've shared.
Just to confirm, are the fonts showing correctly during editing and preview in Storyline 360? Are you using the default Raleway font installed in Storyline, or did you install another version of Raleway from another source?
Would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can look at what you have set up and run some tests as well? You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

Hi EricSantos ,
Thanks for replying so quickly. To confirm, yes the fonts are showing correctly during editing and preview. We all have Raleway installed on our devices for use in other programs as it was our corporate font. I don't know how Storyline selects the fint it uses but it was picked from the fiont dropdown as opposed to being copy/pasted from another source so I would say yes, it is the built0 in one. That it shows on a single slide correctly in one area and not in another is what is really grinding my gears right now, I can't get my head around it.
After receiving further information from those who experienced the issue, it seems that on first review in Review360 there was no issue, then one of my team made a couple of changes and re-published a new version which is when the issue presented. I am now looking at her device as the likely cause and verifying the installed version as well as other troubleshooting.
If I get no joy from that then I will absolutely open a case, this item is for restricted site access training so would not be appropriate to post here. If I can identify the issue through troubleshooting then I will post the result here.
Thanks again,
Alanna
Hello AlannaOConnell-,
Thank you for your feedback! It is indeed strange that the font shows correctly in one area but not in another.
I appreciate the troubleshooting efforts on your end. If the issue persists, opening a support case would be a great next step. We're happy to help investigate further.
