Index_lms.html is not working
Hi,
I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I am experiencing with a SCORM 1.2 package uploaded to our LMS (SuccessFactor).
I have created an assessment project using Articulate, and after publishing the SCORM package in SCORM 1.2 format, I conducted several tests:
- Review 360 Portal: The project runs smoothly on your Review 360 portal, confirming that the content functions as expected. You can view it here: Review 360 Link.
- Local Testing: I tested the story.html file locally on my machine, and the content plays without any issues.
However, after uploading the SCORM package to our LMS, the course fails to play properly, displaying only the title of the course without any interactive content.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you might have to resolve this problem. I am sharing a screenshot of the test link.
Also, the console is showing this following error for that blank page:
[Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'commandset-0')

- Hi SubhadeepBho171! - Sorry to hear your Storyline course isn't playing correctly when uploaded to SuccessFactors LMS! - I see that you've shared your .story file through a support case, that's been received by my teammate Lianne. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with her and she should be connecting with you via e-mail, shortly. - In the meantime, have you tried testing the published output in an LMS test environment, like SCORM Cloud? If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, but not your LMS, there's a chance the issue may be LMS-specific. In which case, I suggest connecting with your LMS admin so they can address any loading issues you may be experiencing in their environment. - We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

Thank you for getting back to me. I've updated Lianne via email. Following your suggestion, I tested my SCORM file in SCORM Cloud and also tried the published output in another live LMS, Docebo. Both tests went smoothly without any issues. I shared these findings with the SuccessFactors team, and after taking some time to resolve the loading problem, everything is now playing fine!

- AllviragoCommunity MemberIt looks like I am experiencing the same loading issue. May I ask how you were able to resolve it? Any advice about loading a storyline file into SuccessFactors would be greatly appreciated. - SubhadeepBho171Community MemberHi Allvirago, I have found that the problem was due to a particular module where I used Articulate's default drag & drop question template in multiple occasions. When I removed that particular module, then the problem got resolved. It is not a good solution, but it works for me as my course was mainly assessment. I could not find any easy solutions; I tried same thing with different modules and ultimately found that the loading problem is causing for a particular module where I have lots of drag and drop pages.
If your course structure differs, you might try removing or restructuring some of the heavier pages and then retesting the load issue.
