Inserting an MP4 video with 16:9 aspect ratio problems

Hello all.

Not a video guru. I shot some short video with my Google pixel phone and then edited them using Power Director. I exported the video as an MP4. I like the 16:9 aspect ratio my phone defaulted to. 

But when I import them into my Storyline course, the course skus it. How do I get AS360 to keep the aspect ratio as it's intended?

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Jennie, are you able to provide a sample Storyline file? It looks like the video in your file is presented at 16:9, but I can see the contents is skewed. It's hard to know what is causing that without viewing the file.

    How does the video look when you run outside of Storyline? Is it running at 16:9 and not skewed. Are you certain that Power Director is not skewing the video prior to bringing into SL.
