Interactive blocks preventing previewing and publishing

Having a bit of an issue with our Rise course, we've noticed that after adding some interactive blocks (specifically the Labelled Graphics) the course refuses to load the preview and cannot be exported or uploaded to Review 360. As soon as these elements are deleted, it starts working as expected.

I've already submitted this error to support, but just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?

    Hello Alex, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:

    • Does adding a labeled graphic block without changing the default background image allow your course to be published?
    • Are you able to replicate the behavior in a new Rise 360 course? 
    • Are you adding any media files to the markers in the block?

    If you are able to isolate the behavior to specific media files, kindly upload them here or through a case with our support team so we can check why those files are causing issues to a Rise 360 course.
