Invalid Answer interaction prompt - text ouside the button

Hi,

Is it possible to edit the text inside these prompts/buttons? I've produced the course and in the buttons that appear in Invalid Answer prompts the OK text in the button appears outside the button. I checked and there are no spaces or line breaks before the text. It looks like this:

The button functions normally and the interaction works, but it does look unprofessional and we cannot deliver the course to our client looking like this. It happens both in Review and in preview mode in Storyline.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

    Hello Karmela,

    Happy to help!

    The object that controls the 'OK' button in your screenshot is Player text label number 133 shown in the screenshot below. If the numbering is different for you, try looking for the entry for Button/Messages 'OK'. 

    Please try editing the text here to see if this helps. You can also try resetting your Player settings to the default as a troubleshooting step. 

    If the issue persists, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at your player settings? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

    Hi Jose,

    I tried what you suggested, but the OK text still sits below the button on all screens with questions and drag-and-drop interactions.

    I'll submit the case to the support.

    Hello, I have the same problem but in my case the 'OK' is not centered aligned. I tried the recommendation shown here, but there is no way to center align the text. If there is a fix can you please share?

      Sorry to hear you've also run into this snag!

      It would be easier to offer solutions if we could see the .story file that's giving you trouble. Do you mind uploading a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
