Is 360.articulate.com down?

Hello everyone!
I've been trying to start Review and Rise, and nothing seems to work this morning.

For Review, the page stay completely blank.

For Rise, its an infinite loading.

My broswer is updated to the latest version. Chrome and Edge are not working for those two web pages.
