Is Articulate extremely slow after the latest Windows update?

LaurenDuvall Update: The startup problem with "Reading preferences" step has come back again. Not sure why this is happening!
Hi mdhahm and DavidBashen-522! Thank you for letting us know that this snag is still occurring! We just released (Build 3.112.36406.0) on March 3rd, so I'd be interested to know if updating Storyline 360 does the trick. I've updated to the newest version myself, and I'm not getting stuck at Reading Preferences.
LaurenDuvall davidbashen I installed the latest build on Tuesday. It's still stuck on the "Reading Preferences" step, but it does last as long as before. I guess that is some improvement. Are "Preferences" something we as users can adjust in the Storyline app somewhere?

StevenBenassi Thanks. I did get an email from the support engineers. Today, Storyline seems to be running just fine. If this problem returns, I will reach out to them.
