Is it possible to bulk transfer content to a separate account?
Company X is shutting down it's L&D department. I need to transfer all the content to Company Y.
Two separate Articulate licenses.
How can this be done?

I don't think this can be done. Depending how the files were saved, if they were saved, you should be able to upload them into Company Y LMS. You probably can't download them from Company X LMS. The Articulate licenses shouldn't be the issue. You may be able to contact each LMS provider to see if it is possible to transfer files.

I'm not sure what you are meaning "content in an account". If you are saving everything in a folder on you/their computer. which is the recommending way, you should be able to copy and paste.
Example: 12 .story file saved in a folder named ATC Stuff. You should be able to copy and paste that folder.
This folder can have graphics and audio file included. If all their files are all over the place it will be much more difficult. .story files are not associated with a license. Meaning if I create a presentation with my license and keep it as a .story file, I can give it to you, and you do can anything you want to it.
