Thanks for sharing the type of functionality you'd like to see in Storyline!
Currently, the column positions of Matching Drop-Down questions are not customizable. I understand the ability can be useful, when working with Right-to-Left languages, so I've submitted a feature request on your behalf.
We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
