Is it possible to remove start Quiz page or add an image in it?

I need to insert an image in the start Quiz page. As this doesn't seem to be possible, I tried adding a lesson block with the title and the image, that´s why I need to remove the star Quiz page, where I have no information to add.

Is it possible to remove the title screen from the quiz block, so when they go from a lesson block to quiz block, they can go straight into the quiz?
