Is RISE 360 down? (3/23/2026)
Hello! RISE 360 appears to be down right now.
Several colleagues and I are trying to select Theme > Lesson Headers in a course and get a "Something Went Wrong" message. The "Status Page" link reports that everything it operational. Please look into this immediately

Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!
I can confirm our team had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused:
- A "Something went wrong" error appears when attempting to edit image Lesson Headers in Course Themes.
I'm happy to share that we've just released a new update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps as new features and fixes are immediately available.

Me ocurre lo mismo, no puedo modificar los encabezados, me salta el mismo error.
