Is RISE 360 down? (3/23/2026)

    Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!

    I can confirm our team had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused:

    • A "Something went wrong" error appears when attempting to edit image Lesson Headers in Course Themes.

     

    I'm happy to share that we've just released a new update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps as new features and fixes are immediately available.
