Is Rise Down?
Hello,
We use Rise to build training. We can log into Rise but when we open a Rise course the page is blank. Are there any issues with Rise for anyone else? The issue seemed to start in the afternoon of June 28, 2023.

So sorry to hear you've run into this snag with Rise 360 content not loading! We are currently tracking a partial outage that has been affecting some Rise 360 users.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please try clearing the cache from your browser. We suggest clearing the cache from the last hour first, or the last twenty-four hours if the issue still persists.

I am having the same issue. Glad to hear it isn't just me :)
it seems to be working for me if I use explorer but not in chrome for some reason
It's showing a white page for me as well, 6/28/23
I was able to get in using Explorer (but Chrome is still not working with it).
I've just tried a hard refresh and it appears to be loading again.
Ctrl + F5
or
Ctrl + refresh button

I was using it fine this morning and now it is down for me as well
Ditto - After using it fine for the past hour, it's down for me as well. Just a white page when try to load the Rise dashboard. Review appears to be working however.
Same for us... the main page is not loading
Same here. Only a blank page when accessing.
