Is Rise down?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble while authoring in Rise 360!
As Ron shared, there was a glitch in publishing, but it has been resolved by our engineering team. Checking our Articulate Status page, I'm not seeing any other downtime reported for Rise 360. Testing this out on my end, I was able to preview, change the theme, and publish to Review 360, successfully.
Does clearing the browser cache, or relaunching the browser improve the behavior? If still unsuccessful, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
Thanks! It's all good now. It wouldn't let me submit a case yesterday. It came up with a 404 gateway error.
