Issue with Articulate Storyline & Previewing
Is anyone else running into an issue where you click the 'play' button when working on a slide in Storyline and the program crashes? It won't even let me submit the error to Articulate; it just repeats that there's an error and it crashed.
I'm clicking on the 'play' button under the Timeline / on the Timeline tab at the bottom-left of that window (right by the stop and time sliders).
Issue isn't fixed; decided not to chase it up because the troubleshooting was based on the memory of my PC and not the fact that the feature worked fine until now. Just won't use it going forward thanks though!

Can you confirm that you are on the latest update?
Yup I made sure to do the update before I started working.
Hi grantdrmaj-d22! I see that you've connected with my teammate, Amlan, in a support case. He shared a few initial troubleshooting steps via email. Have any of those fixed this issue where Storyline is crashing when pressing the "Play" button? If not, the next step would be to share your .story file with Amlan so he can test it on his end.
