Issue with Audio Playback after Pause
We have a customer reporting that when he pauses the playback on a course, to take notes, the audio starts over from the beginning upon resume. He is using the Edge browser and has no other browser ...
We just heard back from the customer... this might be something worth noting:
Good news, I found the culprit! It is a setting in Edge called “graphics acceleration”, I disabled it and now everything works like a charm. He said this setting also affects Chrome.
