Issue with font likert

Thanks Maria and Jurgen for your replies, I don't know how and even why I do not encounter anymore the issue, it's a mistery, everything fine now, probably an issue with the installation of storyline, last day I've sent a template to a colleague even if he has installed the same font, text appear in a weird way fpr him...
