Issue with moving arrow and accessibility

Is there a way to stop the arrow at the bottom of the cover page for a Rise microlearning from moving up and down?

It has been flagged by our WCAG2.2 checker and I can't see if there is a way to remove it, stop it from moving or create another type of cover page.

    Rise does not have any built-in functionality that allows you to:

    • stop the arrow at the bottom of the cover page for a Rise microlearning from moving up and down
    • a way to remove the arrow
    • a way to stop the arrow from moving
    • a way to create another type of cover page
