Issue with Publishing my content in the Video format

Hi, I had been using the Storyline to create brief walk through videos and published them in the video format, it was all good until the recent updates and post these updates the videos i publish have a distorted images, the text to speech is working well.. its just the images that are getting effected. Any help is appriciated.
