Issue with quiz results review

Hi,

Sorry if this question is already answered, I've tried to check similar questions on the forum but I didn't find equivalent, so...

I'm creating a quiz which will end the course and I'm facing an issue during the review. The score and the display are ok about wrong or true answers, but good answer is not well displayed.

In this example, the B is the good answer, this is the choice of the student so it is correct, but system indicates that the good answer is C... 

  

There is 10 questions, and system gives always C as good.

Here is the setting of the Q3 :
