Issue with Review 360

Has any been having issues when publishing to Review 360? I get the error message "There was an error publishing your course to Review 360. Please check your internet connection and try again." I've cleared my cache, rebooted and now at my hair pulling point. Why does this keep happening. It's becoming more frequent. HELP!!!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue when publishing to Review 360!

    I'm happy to help troubleshoot. There are a few scenarios where that error might appear when publishing to Review 360. This article covers some reasons and solutions to try.

  • Please help, I've been receiving an error message all day when trying to Publish to Review360. My internet is working and the file settings are correct.

    I am having the issue publishing to Review 360. I keep gettting the error "There was an error publishing your course to Review 360. Please check your internet connection and try again." mentioned in the previous thread and have tried to resolve the issue on my end (restarting, ensuring internet connection is stable, etc.). Not seeing any change.

      Good morning,

      I tried publishing another module to Review 360 and it worked just fine. It appears to be an issue with just the one module I am trying to publish, not the connection.
