Issue with Storyline Timing/Cue Point

I am having issues with the timing/cue point feature. Previously I was able to add minutes and seconds to have a trigger to move to a certain time point on a video. Now I am not able to add the minutes and the drop-down arrows do not work properly. I have included an image that shows a trigger I created a few weeks ago circled in yellow and a copy of that trigger circled in red with the problem. If anyone can help please advise. I have also put in a trouble ticket as I have a deadline to meet.
