Issue with Video Menu and Play Triggers
I am working on a simple interaction where I have a video and a menu, I have set triggers to play particular parts of the video when selected. When I preview the slide the first trigger 'Play Video 1 when user clicks Introduction', is working, but the others 'Jump to time 24m 58s on this slide when user clicks EMEA Strategy'. I have build a scene in exactly the same way previously. Why might this not be working and what can I try to fix it?

Hi Rachel. Make sure your video is set to play Automatically (under Video : Options : Play Video). If not, it disconnects from the timeline. Trying to set it to play When Triggered (or setting Automatic but using a trigger to pause it) seems to prevent it from playing properly when you jump in the timeline, even if triggering it to play again.
Since Automatic starts the video immediately, try adding a Pause Timeline trigger on Slide Start, and then follow each Jump to Time trigger with a Play Video trigger. This should let you play and pause the video and jump around using the timeline.
Example included.

Alternatives are to use some JavaScript to jump the video clip to where you want or cut your video into smaller clips, place them sequentially, and jump to the beginning of each clip on the timeline.
