Issues including blocks from block templates on RISE
Hi, since yesterday I can't upload a block from the block templates feature on RISE. The screen keeps on telling me "Inserting template". Anyone having the same issue? Please advise.

Hi,
Quite a long time ago there was a bug that prevented inserting a Block Template, but that was fixed.
Just checked and it's working for me.
Hello, Giulia! Sorry you're getting stuck. Please log out of Rise 360, then log back in. Let us know if that resolves the issue!
Hello - this issue is happening to me since yesterday as well, and clients are now seeing an error message of "unknown type pending" - I have logged out & back in, I have tried copying the lesson and even the entire course, but the same issue remains.
