Issues Reactivating Storyline 3 - Flash is no longer supported and has ended

Question

Hi all - Hoping you can help...One of my colleagues uses Storyline 3 and had the message stating it was deactivated.They raised this with our IT Team, who would need to run as administrator, who have followed the reactivate post blow:https://articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-3-Is-Deactivated-After-Upgrading-or-Updating-Microsoft-WindowsIT then advised 'when we went to reactivate it with the admin access it then says it needs to update the Flash player to enable this in IE, clicking on this it then took us to the Flash/Adobe page where it stated that Flash is no longer supported and has ended'.Any advice please?Many thanksChris

Update to the latest version of Storyline 3 which has had flash removed
