Issues uploading collateral

Having issues uploading collateral (specifically ppt files) to Rise 360 Content generator (Create Course with AI option). Any reason why some ppt's upload and others give this result every time you try to upload?

      Hello KaleyBrewer, 

      I'm glad to know that converting your .ppt file to a PDF has allowed you to upload. Since PowerPoint files are included in our supported file types and uploads, it is possible that the file size was not within range.
