Issues uploading images to Rise
Hi guys,
I'm having issues uploading images to Rise. The image uploads but then it sits and hangs at the processing stage before eventually timing out with an error. This doesn't always happen and is quite sporadic. However it does appear to be happening more and more often which is frustrating as it disrupts my workflow.
The image file sizes aren't large at all, and I'm using Chrome but I've also tried other browsers and still have the same issues.
Any ideas what is going on?

So sorry you're having trouble uploading images in Rise 360. We're testing on our side, and everything is working normally for us. Try closing and reopening your browser window, then upload the image again. Please let me know if you're still getting stuck! I'll be standing by.
I've tried that many times and have cleared my cache. I've reported the issue to support (Case # 02015405). Three of my coworkers are reporting the same issue.
Amanda and I work together on different US coasts and we cannot upload images. I have restarted everything with no luck. Please advise.
I haven't been able to get it to load even the second time. There is big problem here. Nobody in all the remote offices for my team can get it to work.

I think I isolated the problem. We work on VPN. If I log off VPN it works so I opened a ticket with our IT department. I will let you know if we can resolve it on our end in case anyone else has this problem.
OK, here is what happened on our end. Apparently employees at our company have never had upload privileges and they were mystified that we have been do this for over a year... anyway, they have a workaround and I can upload again...

I'm having the same difficulty of uploading images on Rise. I have restarted my computer, used different browsers but the problem is still there. I have submitted a ticket.
