Issues uploading scorm file in Successfactors
Can anyone help here? Our client keeps getting an error report, uploading some of our Articulate files. Anything to do with specific settings? THis is the error report:

My comments are not specific to SuccessFactors, but are based on common reasons why Rise SCORM packages generally fail to upload to a LMS:
- SCORM ZIP file exceeds the maximum file size permitted by the LMS
- File names are too long for videos and other attachment files such as PDF's.
- File names for videos and other attachment files such as PDF's contain spaces and/or special characters.
