Hi NathanViaene-ca hopefully if you publish the content again it will be ok. I just ran a simple test featuring a CB and RB multiple choice question and the screen reader focus was predictable and correct for NVDA, JAWS and Windows Narrator.
If the content hasn't been publish since April 11, I would highly recommend it and testing again. If the issue continues, I would recommend raising a support ticket directly with Articulate as they can work with your files privately. If you are able to build a simple test case too, this is also really helpful.
