Issues with Screen Captures and Embedded Videos

Hi,

I need assistance with my Storyline 360 published courses. I have noticed that any screen captures or videos included in the course do not load when running on our web server or in our LMS. As a result, the screen turns black with animated three dots. What could be causing this issue?

    We are new to Storyline 360 and have previously created online training using Captivate 2019 without any issues when playing MP4 videos. Our current concerns involve both our Learning Management System (LMS) and our web server. This issue arises regardless of whether we publish for HTML5 or for our LMS (SCORM 1.2). I am unsure where to begin in resolving this problem.

    If the images and videos are present for users when you publish the courses to Review360, then the problem will likely be in how your LMS is processing them; and depending on how you are publishing them (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) you could be looking at any number of possible solutions - or at least possible paths to a solution.
