It shows low memory while saving

Storyline is constantly closing after a few changes/edits. Even while saving my files locally, still it showing low memory, but we have enough space.

PC Configuration: 
Processor: Threadripper 3990x
RAM: 64 GB
Storage SSD: 500GB
Storyline version: June 21, 2022 - 3.65.28121.0

Please help me out.

    Is there any bugs in the updated version of storyline 350 (3.65.28121.0) ?

    Because Storyline is a 32-bit application, it can only utilise 2GB of memory.

    It's aways worth updating to the latest version however, its still a 32-bit application.

    I do not work for Storyline, you might want to open a support request with them.

  • Hello Niveditha! I'm sorry to hear you are receiving this error message about not having enough space to run Storyline 360 properly. Great call on checking that you are using the most recent version of Storyline 360. Here is the Version History for future reference. 

    In order to better assist you, I have a few additional questions: 

    • Could you please check to see how many other programs are running on your computer? 
    • Does the same issue happen when attempting to open a new project file?

  • We are working with few elearning courses for one of our key customer who have world wide users. We are creating a course with multiple Tree structure. We have successfully delivered one version to them, now when we are worikin on feedback we are getting" low memory error" continuously. We tried all possibilities at our end, even we have recreated entire course once again but still no luck. Am attaching a screenshot for your reference.
