Jaws is reading the scrub bar timeline numbers when you try to play the timeline. Is that normal?
During a test with Jaws and a non sighted learner, when you tab to the play button to start the paused audio, Jaws is reading the scrub bar timeline as the audio plays.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing that helpful video of the issue you're seeing. I'm really sorry you're running into this bug, as we've been able to replicate and have reported it to our team.
Bug: The screen reader constantly announces time stamps when the focus is on the seekbar.
