JAWS users trapped in course menu

Hi!

We are using the latest Storyline version and the accessibility user is using JAWS 2023.2302.15. The user says that she gets trapped in the course menu and does not know how to get out of there. Does she have to go through all menu items to get out of there? How is it supposed to work for a JAWS user?
