I'm sorry to hear that these functions aren't working properly once publishing the course to LMS. I'm happy to help and have a few clarifying questions to start.
- Have you tried publishing to Review 360? If so, does the course play as expected?
- Have you tried troubleshooting your LMS with SCORM Cloud?
- If the course works correctly in SCORM Cloud, we recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator for further assistance.
- If the course does not work correctly, there's likely an issue with your project, and our team will be happy to test your file to investigate further. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
