Just upgraded my 2nd free trial to subscription but lost control of authoring

Hi, I made 5 courses in my first trial, shared them with my second trial and kept working and now that I have purchased my subscription - on courses made in my 2nd trial will publish . The earlier ones I seem to have lost control of as the owner trial has expired.  How do I regain control? Do i building them again? I didnt realise this would happen

    It sounds like you need help transferring Rise 360 courses from your trial subscription to your paid one.

    I noticed that you've also opened a support case, being handled by my colleague Lejan. It looks like Lejan just replied to your e-mail sharing steps on this process. We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.
