Kallidus video upload enforcing captions

Hi Jess, I appreciate this is an old post, but for anyone else it might help - it is possible to turn them off.
Head to:
- Settings
- Videos and eLearning
- Closed Captions / Select On or Off (you will need to re-upload existing videos)
You're right about the captions not being accurate. The most frustrating thing about this is there's no option to add your own VTT or SRT files or to update the Closed Captions manually!
