Hi John,
You're certainly not being a pain, and I just wanted to make sure I understand the issue clearly. I'm not sure I'd ever bet the farm on anything (my inherent risk averse nature...no gambling here!) but, since these are the keyboard shortcuts outline, those are the ones I'd expect to work as described.
In regards to the other shortcuts, I'll open up a ticket with our QA team to look into what is happening. I don't have a time frame on when I'll hear about this issue, but I'll update this thread when I do.
