Is there a chance some type of firewall could be getting in the way of your internet connection? The Articulate 360 desktop application must be connected to the internet in order to sign a user out.

I am not sure I fully understand what you are writing about firewall and how they would influence the last login.
As I understand your 7 and 30 days rules, then you would be prompted for a login every 7 days without inactivity and every 30 days regardless what. And I have been logging in and out for more than 30 days now and I was never prompted for a login, so either I am not understanding the 7 and 30 days rules correctly or it is not set up like this in your systems.
I hope you will be able to help me, as we need this information to understand how our users are using the tool.

Sorry for any confusion in my last reply!
I referred to a firewall, to see if there possibly was a lapse in internet connection while you were conducting your tests. The Articulate 360 desktop app relies on internet connectivity to track sessions, and log users out accordingly.
