Are you willing to share your file with our team? You can upload it here or privately in a support case so we can do some further testing. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hi Eric. Thank you! I did get Cleo's email, and tried the suggestion...and it worked...until I tried it again on another project and it didn't. :( I emailed Cleo back explaining the issue. I appreciate your help! Definitely something that needs to get resolved soon!
