Launch in LMS, not a new window
I have a course that I'm trying to upload into our LMS, but when I launch the course it opens a new browser window. I need it to play within the LMS. Are there any settings that I can adjust in the player to make sure it opens properly?

I don't have launch in a new window checked, and my IT team has told me they have a global setting that overrides this so it doesn't open in a new window.
What LMS are you using and what level of access do you have?

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot.
- First, I'd like to confirm that you do not have the box checked to Launch player in new window. You can check by selecting Player on the top ribbon, then Other.
If you're comfortable sharing your file, we can test it in SCORM Cloud, and report back with our findings. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
