I would love to help you work through this issue! Would you be willing to sharing your course so I could troubleshoot this for you?
Also, I'm going to open a support case to get you the earlier version of Storyline 360. Here is a link on how to rollback to a previous version using Articulate 360, but the app only gives access to the previous five versions of Storyline 360. It looks like the version you are looking for is just a bit older.
