Layer appearing behind other layers when opened
- 9 months ago
Hi everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released an update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.90.32850.0, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Layer content could display incorrectly
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here!
I'm having this issue today (Feb 2025) and I've tried dragging the layer to the bottom and it is not working. Anyone know of another way around this?
Hi JenniferBate895!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
In the current version of Storyline 360, I tested the behavior we previously had logged as a bug. However, I was unable to replicate the same issue. I've attached a sample copy of the file I used for testing, for your reference!
- Here's a quick Peek showing a slide's top Layer, no longer being obscured by previous Layers.
Do you mind sharing a copy of the .story file that's giving you trouble? Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or privately through a support case so we can take a closer look!
