Black screen appears inbetween layers
Hi guys,
I have created a slide with ~10 layers. Each layer contains a short video. Whenever I go in-between each layer (apart from the first 3-4 layers which are seamless), an all-black screen pops up and stays there for 1 second before playing the video. This ruins the immersion and desired “smooth” effect that I was aiming to create in this course. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I have attached a copy of the slide in review 360:

Additional info: each layer has a screen recording of the “morph” transition from PowerPoint, a cue point to pause the timeline, an arrow that resumes the timeline, and a small, rounded rectangle that will in future say something along the lines of “click on the arrow to continue”.
Any help would be useful,
Many Thanks,
Ahmed
Hi Luciana,
Robby did indeed give me the solution to my problem.
His solution was as follows:
"Hi Ahmed,
Thanks for waiting! Based on my review, you see a black screen when transitioning from one layer to another because the videos from Layer 3 onwards all have a black screen towards the end. If you play each video, you will see a few seconds in the latter part of the video, showing only a black screen. To fix the issue, you can trim the videos. Here's how:

Alternatively, you can trim the videos outside of Storyline 360 and then reinsert them to the slides.
Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to hearing back from you!
