Layer disappears

Hi,

I'm having some issues with a layer that automatically disappears and reveals the previous layer. 

Originally I had a layer playing a video and when the video finished it would reveal another layer with some text on. When this text layer appears, it will stay on screen if I don't move my mouse but as soon as my mouse moves more than a couple of inches across the screen, the text layer disappears and the video layer reappears.

I have tried creating new text layers. I have created a blank layer but still a small mouse movement brings back the video layer. I even added a button to the video layer to show the text layer instead of using 'When media completes'.

I removed the video layer and started again but it still isn't working. I also rebooted my computer. This worked for the first preview. I could move the mouse where I wanted. On the second preview it reverted back to disappearing again.

Is this a glitch or some strange hidden setting?
