Learner Journal In Rise Microlearning

Good Afternoon Experts!

Had such a great group of folks help us out the last time we came across an issue with the learner journal not functioning due to an update on the Rise side leading to the need to update the additional files used to make it run we thought we could come back for another question. We are attempting to use the learner journal function again but this time using the microlearning approach in Rise 360. So far we have been unsuccessful in getting it to work. Has anyone had the same issue and if so, how were you able to solve it?
