Lightbox Closing goes to wrong slide
I have a course and set up some slides as lightboxes. However when the x is clicked in the top corner it takes the learner back to the wrong slide. IE not the slide where the lightbox was triggered from. How can I make sure it goes back to the previous slide? I do not want to set a trigger button as if the learner presses the X in corner instead for some reason it takes them back to the wrong slide. Apologies my course is Company specific so I cannot share the file.

Is this the built in "X" that Articulate added to the Lightbox? If so, that is quite strange. If it is an X you added, then it would be great to see a Screen Capture of the Trigger Wizard, to confirm if there is an error there.
Also, are you working from your C drive?

Yes it is the built in 'X'. The only way I found to fix it was to take the slide I wanted to go back to and the lightbox slides and move them to an entirely different scene which is fine but not what I expected to have to do! Apologies for lack of Knowledge but not sure what you mean by C drive.

By C Drive - I am referring to the hard drive of your computer. At times when we see some unexplainable behavior it can be related to the fact that the course being worked on does not live on the hard drive of the laptop or PC, but instead on a shared, network, or external drive of some sort. Working on these external drives or networks is not recommended.
And your triggers to show these light boxes are just - Lightbox Slide "name of Slide" when the user clicks "Name of button"?
