Lightbox issue for user
Hello! I have created a basic keyboard shortcut menu slide and then made a light box for it to show in the top right corner of every slide. It functions properly in my preview, but when my user tested it they said it didn't respond for them. Any ideas why this might be?

- You mentioned the course works as expected in preview mode. When published, does it work for you still, and not for your user?
- Have they tried viewing the course in a different browser?

Hi Kelly! Thanks for the reply. I didn't upload it to the LMS so I will get in touch with the person who did and see if it works once published on their end. I will also check with our user to see if they have better luck in a different browser.
In the meantime, I will upload the file in a support case to see if I'm missing anything on my end.
