Linking between lessons
I'd like to link other lessons in Rise. I see that the button block element supports linking to other lessons in the same course (via the Destination dropdown), but I also want to use hyperlinks in the text to link to other lessons. How can I get the relative URL so I can hyperlink?

Add me to the list of those asking for the ability to hyperlinking between lessons.

Add me to the list also - this has been requested for over 2 years now - so would be great to get something done...

I also have this question about linking to a lesson within the same Rise Course and unfortunately the button options won't work for me. If this was still not taken care of, I am joining in with everyone else requesting this feature be added. Thanks Stef

+1, we need this. The manifest uses relative linking, this should be fairly trivial to do.

I just started using Rise. Agree with the comments above - it would be really helpful if we could have a similar choice option (like there is for buttons) when hyperlinking text.
I like the buttons block, but there are definitely scenarios where I want to link to another lesson from within a paragraph/line of text or when I have more than a few lessons I want to link, it would be nice to have other options instead of a wall of buttons. Bookmarking/anchoring to specific content/block lower in a lesson or to a specific portion/block of another would be a plus too.

I will add my request to that list. I want to use an interactive image that has questions open with a link to the answers that lie in different lessons within the course.

I know This thread may be a little old, but I'm going to add my voice to this one. I would really like to link to other lessons within the same course (without using button elements) and to other elements within the same lesson.

Adding my vote here as well. I'm having to do a lot of workarounds for a solution that would very simply be met by hyperlinking to lessons within the course

Wholeheartedly agree.
I must be honest, I've never seen a feature added based on this forum. Sad really. We've been asking for find+replace for years.

Is it possible to link to a lesson in a different course?
For example, a student may have not reviewed a key concept since course 1 that was a year ago.....as I build on the key concept in subsequent courses in future, ....i wanted to just add a link to that lesson in course 1for those who may need to review.....instead of adding all that info back in to my new course because some people will not need the review and find it distracting......
Thanks
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer! Linking to a different lesson in another course is not possible right now. Thanks for letting us know what options you need to see in Rise.

Hello! I noticed this conversation happened two years ago.... any updates?

Hi Nigel! We don't have updates for this feature yet. We'll be sure to share it here if anything changes. You're in the right place!

I want to add that being able to link within a course using other objects than just the buttons would be great. For example if you want to create your own internal interaction or menu that is image based, it would be great to be able to click buttons, text, image etc. and be able to put in a link to where you want to go as currently allowed using just the Buttons or Button Stack. Thanks.
