List of ID and E-Learning Consultants/Freelancers
I regularly get requests from various people with contract opportunities asking me to point them to a list of e-learning or instructional design freelancers.

(surprised this hasn't been added to in over 2 years?) WELL THEN...
I am an Online Instructional Designer.
I was a do-it-all Web Designer/Developer for 10 years, until it became too difficult to BE a do-it-all. I returned to Penn State University and achieved my Masters of Ed in Instructional Systems, as well as a Graduate Certificate in eLearning Design at the end of 2011. Since then, I have successfully assisted in about a dozen project-based instructional design challenges. (please see: http://www.linkedin.com/in/moxzi ) .
And since I have been dealt these assignments (for companies such as: Wells Fargo, Verizon, and currently, Bloomberg). I have had to keep up to speed on as much educational technology I can get my hands on, such as:
- up to and including Articulate 360
- up to and including Adobe Captivate 7 (2017)
- as well as most Adobe CC apps (eg. Photoshop et al)
- Techsmith Camtasia Studio for video, as well as SnagIt
- Audacity for audio
